The shipping option we use are:
- Pickup from Ness Ziona, Israel (Please coordinate via phone before).
- Registered Mail / Eco Post
- EMS / Courier Service
After we receive and confirm your order, the package will be dispatched up to 3 business days after placing your order on the website. After dispatch the duration of shipping of the package to its destination depends on the chosen shipping order, destination and the postal agencies.
Please note that the mentioned range of time is estimated only.
Please be aware that during holiday season the item might take a longer time to arrive to its final destination due to elements we cannot control.
In case an item hasn’t arrived after a month please contact us so we could track it down and give you the best service we could supply.
Customs Fees and Taxes
please note that customs delays are out of our control, and you are responsible for any duties and taxes that your package may incur on arrival.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel a transaction executed on the website within 24 hours from the order and payment. Please send an E-mail requesting for cancellation. The cancellation is valid only after receiving an approval E-mail.
Return of an item is only available within 48 hours after receiving the package. Please contact us before returning an item so we will supply you with the address and details.
The return is possible if the item have not been used and is in excellent condition.
Upon receiving back the returned item and verifying it is in a satisfactory condition a full refund of the item paid value will be given within 3 business days from arriving back to us.
The shipping cost of returned items is on the customer.
Please note we do not accept returns of "End-of-Season" products with 70% or above discount.
The item leaves our storage after being checked for quality. If there is a fault in the item and it is returned the shipping cost will be on us.
